Indulgent Madagascan Vanilla

Real dairy ice cream

Fresh, smooth and creamy vanilla ice cream made with natural vanilla extract and fresh milk and cream. We tried many different types from around the world and selected Madagascan Vanilla as our favourite match for this ice cream.

Made with the natural goodness of fresh milk and cream using renewable energy, all produced here on our family farm in Aberdeenshire.

  • Whole milk (50%), whipping cream (23%), sugar, glucose syrup, milk solids, vanilla extract, pasteurised free range eggs*, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum and carrageenan), colour (carotenes).

    No artificial ingredients.
    Allergens: Contains Milk & Egg*.
    May contain traces of nuts & peanuts
    Suitable for Vegetarians

    *We have updated our recipe so as to remove egg, allowing more people to enjoy our ice cream. While tubs with the old recipe remain in circulation, we will keep egg as a listed ingredient on the website. Tubs which do not show egg on the ingredient deck do not contain any egg, so please refer to the individual tub label in determining whether the product contains egg.

CREAMY, VANILLA, CLASSIC!

Vanilla is one of the most intriguing materials available to flavourists, a complex taste – with over 80 notes, which some describe as sweet, floral, woody, nutty, marshmallow, creamy, pruney, rummy, cherry-like – it’s easier to say that we’ve added Vanilla.
