There are several good quality mint chocolate bars you can use...but I like Mackie’s as the scent and flavour are good and they have pleasing little shards of spearmint.

Well-tempered Chocolate

This dark chocolate has an inviting mint aroma along with rich chocolate notes. It is silky on the palate and melts in the mouth. The crunch of the mint pieces is pleasing and the fresh mint flavour balances the underlying fruitiness of the dark chocolate wonderfully.
