British Retail Consortium Global Standards Audit 21 November 2022 This summer, Kay, our Quality Assurance Manager, and Denise, our Quality Control Manager, took the lead in an unannounced British Retail Consortium Global Standards (BRCGS) audit on the farm. This is part of the BRCGS’s procedures to make sure the highest standards are upheld across the UK’s food manufacturing industry. It’s the official assessment of a food manufacturer’s adherence to the BRCGS for Food Safety. Kay, Denise and everyone across the farm did a fantastic job and we were thrilled to learn that we received an AA+, the highest possible grade for the audit. We’re extremely proud of the high standard of quality in both our products and processes here on the farm and it’s a great testament to all the staff who work here. A big thank you and well done to Kay, Denise and the whole team at Westertown farm for their continued hard work.
